Terms and Conditions - GlampingPark Schloss Thurn

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all contracts regarding the use of pitches and accommodations at GlampingPark Schloss Thurn, as well as all related services and deliveries.

2. Contractual Partners

The contract is between GlampingPark Schloss Thurn and the guest. The guest is required to provide all necessary information truthfully when booking.

3. Booking and Reservation

Reservations can be made in writing, by phone, or online. The contract is finalized upon booking confirmation from the campsite.

4. Payment

The total amount is due upon arrival or in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms. In the event of late payment, the campground reserves the right to refuse the campsite or accommodation.

5. Use of Pitch / Accommodation

The pitch / accommodation may only be used by the agreed group of people. Parking vehicles is only permitted in the designated areas.

6. Arrival and Departure

Check-in is possible from the time specified in the contract, and check-out must be completed by the agreed-upon time. Any early or late check-in or check-out requires prior arrangement.

7. Cancellation / Withdrawal

Cancellations are only valid in writing. For cancellations, the cancellation policy specified in the contract or on the website applies.

8. Liability

The campsite is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for theft or loss of items.

9. Site Rules

The guest agrees to comply with the campsite’s site rules. Violations may lead to immediate expulsion from the site.

10. Operating drones

The operation of drones is prohibited throughout the entire grounds of GlampingPark Schloss Thurn and the Schloss Thurn Adventure Park. Taking photos or videos with drones over the aforementioned grounds is also prohibited—regardless of where the drone takes off from. Exceptions require prior written approval from the operator of GlampingPark and the Adventure Park. In the event of violations, the operator reserves the right to exclude the guest(s) from further stay.

11. Group Bookings

Reservations for groups of 3 or more campsites and/or 15 or more people require a prior written request via email to info@glampingpark-schloss-thurn.de. A binding reservation is not confirmed until the campground operator provides written confirmation.

12. Group Events

Group celebrations, group events, and group gatherings of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the campground. This includes, but is not limited to: bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, summer camps, birthday parties, club outings, school trips, and other group celebrations or events. The operator reserves the right to terminate your stay immediately in the event of a violation.

13. Long-term stays

Stays lasting more than 7 consecutive days cannot be booked online and require an individual inquiry via email to info@glampingpark-schloss-thurn.de. The operator reserves the right to decide whether to accept such requests on a case-by-case basis.

14. Privacy Policy

Personal data is only processed and stored in accordance with legal regulations.

15. Miscellaneous

Changes and additions to the contract must be in writing. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
