Terms and Conditions - GlampingPark Schloss Thurn

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all contracts regarding the use of pitches and accommodations at GlampingPark Schloss Thurn, as well as all related services and deliveries.

2. Contractual Partners

The contract is between GlampingPark Schloss Thurn and the guest. The guest is required to provide all necessary information truthfully when booking.

3. Booking and Reservation

Reservations can be made in writing, by phone, or online. The contract is finalized upon booking confirmation from the campsite.

4. Payment

The total price must be paid upon arrival or according to the agreed
payment terms. In the event of late payment, the campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the pitch or accommodation.

5. Use of Pitch / Accommodation

The pitch / accommodation may only be used by the agreed group of people. Parking vehicles is only permitted in the designated areas.

6. Arrival and Departure

Arrival is possible from the time agreed in the contract, and departure must be by the agreed time. Early or late arrival/departure requires prior arrangement.

7. Cancellation / Withdrawal

Cancellations are only valid in writing. For cancellations, the cancellation policy specified in the contract or on the website applies.

8. Liability

The campsite is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for theft or loss of items.

9. Site Rules

The guest agrees to comply with the campsite’s site rules. Violations may lead to immediate expulsion from the site.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is only processed and stored in accordance with legal regulations.

11. Miscellaneous

Changes and additions to the contract must be in writing. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
