Park Rules - GlampingPark Schloss Thurn

Dear GlampingPark Guest,

We are delighted to welcome you as a guest at Schloss Thurn GlampingPark.

To ensure that all guests have as pleasant and hassle-free a stay as possible, we ask that you follow the guidelines below:

1. Before entering your booked pitch, check in at the booking terminal at the entrance barrier or contact reception. There is no entitlement to a booked pitch before 12:00 PM.
2. A speed limit of walking pace (7 km/h) applies throughout the grounds. The German Road Traffic Regulations (StVo) apply.
3. Your pitch is available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you would like to visit the Schloss Thurn adventure park, one of our free parking spaces is available.
4. Your pitch is intended for one unit – a caravan or a motorhome.
5. Please treat the common areas with care and respect. They must be left in perfect condition after use.
6. Open fires and barbecuing directly on the ground are prohibited. Barbecuing is permitted only with a portable gas grill.
7. Dogs are welcome. Please register them directly with your reservation. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the grounds, except for the designated dog areas. The dog owner is responsible for disposing of dog waste. Animals must not be left in vehicles. Violations will result in immediate notification of animal welfare and the police.
8. Entry and exit are not possible between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
9. During the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, we ask you to avoid noise.
10. Reservations for groups of 3 or more campsites and/or 15 or more people require a prior written request via email to info@glampingpark-schloss-thurn.de. A binding reservation is not confirmed until the campground operator provides written confirmation.
11. Group celebrations, group events, and group gatherings of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the campground. This includes, but is not limited to: bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, summer camps, birthday parties, club outings, school trips, and other group celebrations or events. The operator reserves the right to terminate your stay immediately in the event of a violation.
12. Stays lasting more than 7 consecutive days cannot be booked online and require an individual inquiry via email to info@glampingpark-schloss-thurn.de. The operator reserves the right to decide whether to accept such requests on a case-by-case basis.
13. Conducting business on or in front of the GlampingPark is prohibited.
14. We attach great importance to cleanliness and order. Please dispose of your waste in the designated waste containers.
15. Please use water sparingly and educate your children accordingly. Please also note that children up to six years of age may only use the sanitary facilities when accompanied by an adult.
16. You can conveniently dispose of the wastewater from your portable toilet at the Camper-Clean station. Please use only additives that are safe for sewage treatment plants. Do not allow wastewater to flow into the storm drain system or seep into the ground. Graywater must be disposed of at the disposal station.
17. The electrical outlets at your campsite are equipped with a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). Please unroll the extension cords you brought with you completely.
18. Caravans and motorhomes equipped with liquid propane systems must have the legally required safety certificate. Gas cylinders, even when empty, may only be transported with the safety cap securely in place. The glamping site is not responsible for this.
19. We assume no liability for any damage or loss incurred by guests. This does not apply in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the operator or its employees.
20. Our employees are instructed to act in accordance with the Youth Protection Act. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are only permitted in accordance with legal requirements. The consumption of illegal drugs will result in expulsion from the premises. This also applies to the carrying of medical cannabis products suitable for smoking, unless their possession and the necessity of carrying them are proven by a doctor’s prescription. The consumption of cannabis and cannabis products is not permitted on the grounds of the GlampingPark.
21. The instructions given by staff are binding. This applies in particular to the parking of vehicles, caravans, awnings, or similar items. In exercising its right to manage the premises, campground management is authorized to refuse admission to individuals or to expel them from the premises if this is deemed necessary to maintain safety and order at the GlampingPark and in the interest of the other guests.
22. Anyone who grossly violates the provisions of the park rules must expect immediate expulsion from the site.
