Cancellation Policy - GlampingPark Schloss Thurn

If you cancel up to 20 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund.

If the cancellation is made 19 to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, 30% of the total amount must be paid.

If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, or if the guest does not arrive, no refund will be issued and 100% of the invoice amount must be paid.
