Park Rules - GlampingPark Schloss Thurn

Dear GlampingPark Guest,

We are delighted to welcome you as a guest at Schloss Thurn GlampingPark.

To ensure all guests have an equally pleasant and undisturbed stay, please observe the following guidelines:

1. Before entering your booked pitch, check in at the booking terminal at the entrance barrier or contact reception. There is no entitlement to a booked pitch before 12:00 PM.
2. A speed limit of walking pace (7 km/h) applies throughout the grounds. The German Road Traffic Regulations (StVo) apply.
3. Your pitch is available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you would like to visit the Schloss Thurn adventure park, one of our free parking spaces is available.
4. Your pitch is intended for one unit – a caravan or a motorhome.
5. Please treat the communal facilities with care and respect. These are to be left in perfect condition after use.
6. Open fires and grilling with direct ground contact are prohibited. Grilling is only permitted with gas grills that you bring with you.
7. Dogs are welcome. Please register them directly with your reservation. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the grounds, except for the designated dog areas. The dog owner is responsible for disposing of dog waste. Animals must not be left in vehicles. Violations will result in immediate notification of animal welfare and the police.
8. Entry and exit are not possible between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
9. During the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, we ask you to avoid noise.
10. Bachelor/Bachelorette parties and party trips are not permitted.
11. Operating a business on or in front of the Glamping Park is prohibited.
12. We attach great importance to cleanliness and order. Please dispose of your waste in the designated waste containers.
13. Please use water sparingly and educate your children accordingly. Please also note that children up to six years of age may only use the sanitary facilities when accompanied by an adult.
14. You can conveniently dispose of the waste water from your mobile toilets in the Camper-Clean machine. Please only use additives that are compatible with sewage treatment plants. Please do not allow waste water to flow into the rainwater drainage system or seep into the ground. Grey water must be disposed of at the disposal station.
15. The power connections on your pitch are equipped with a residual current circuit breaker (FI). Please unwind the cable drums completely.
16. For caravans and motorhomes with liquid gas systems, the legally
    required safety certificate must be available. Gas cylinders, even in empty form, may only be transported with the safety cap attached. Responsibility does not lie with the GlampingPark.
17. We assume no liability for damage or losses incurred by tenants or their visitors. This does not apply if the landlord or his employees are guilty of intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
18. Our employees are instructed to act in accordance with the Youth Protection Act. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are only permitted in accordance with legal requirements. The consumption of illegal drugs will result in expulsion from the premises. This also applies to the carrying of medical cannabis products suitable for smoking, unless their possession and the necessity of carrying them are proven by a doctor’s prescription. The consumption of cannabis and cannabis products is not permitted on the grounds of the GlampingPark.
19. The instructions of the staff are binding. This applies in particular to the positioning of motor vehicles, caravans, awnings or similar. The site management is entitled to refuse admission to persons or to expel them from the site in the exercise of its domiciliary rights if this appears necessary to maintain security and order on the GlampingPark and in the interests of the other guests.
20. Anyone who grossly violates the provisions of the park rules must expect immediate expulsion from the site.
